Summary: Under the direction of the District's CEO, and the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation, the administration of clerical function systems, staffing and patient scheduling, and overall operation of the District's Rural Health Clinic in accordance with current state, local, and federal standards and regulations that govern our facility. In addition, is responsible for the fiscal operations and outcome of the clinic's operations.
II. Minimum
Qualifications:
A. Education
1. BA degree, or four years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
B. Experience 1. Minimum of two years recent management responsibilities in a medical ambulatory health care setting.
C. Licensure / Certifications / Registrations 1. None, although clinical background is preferred.
D. Essential Skills
1. Must possess knowledge of medical practices and procedures.
2. Must possess knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to a 95-210 Rural Health Clinics
3. Possess leadership and supervisory ability, and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
4. Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures etc., that are necessary for providing quality care. 5. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
6. Ability to operate and care for departmental equipment
7. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
8. Ability to perform intermediate arithmetical calculations accurately.
9. Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
10. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
11. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized and non-standardized situations.
12. Ability to handle stressful situations in professional manner.
13. Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
14. Ability to operate modern office equipment.
15. Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships contacted in the performance of their duties.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
